Instructions
- Mix diced peaches with 2 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to create the filling. Let sit for a few minutes.
- Unroll the cinnamon roll dough on a floured surface. Spread melted butter evenly over the dough.
- Spoon the peach mixture over the buttered dough and spread evenly.
- Roll up the dough from the longer side to form a tight log; cut into 8-10 slices.
- Arrange the slices in a greased baking dish, spaced slightly apart.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Top with powdered sugar, whipped cream, or vanilla glaze, and serve warm.
