Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic powder and smoked paprika, cook until fragrant.
- Pour in milk and bring to a simmer. Stir in shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, and barbecue sauce. Mix well to combine evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper as needed. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated thoroughly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and extra cheese if desired.
Notes
- For extra smoky flavor, add a dash of liquid smoke to the sauce.
- Feel free to substitute with leftover grilled chicken for a different texture.
