- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, spread cream cheese mixture over, then top with remaining batter.
- Use a knife to swirl the cream cheese into the batter for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for best flavor.
- Hello incorporate lemon zest for added brightness.
