Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, spread cream cheese mixture over, then top with remaining batter.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the cream cheese into the batter for a marbled effect.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
