- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: chopped fresh basil or oregano
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brush with olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
- Add sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese.
- Cover with another tortilla and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of herbs before cooking.
- Use a non-stick skillet for easier flipping and clean-up.
