- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bread diagonally to create a crosshatch pattern without cutting all the way through.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stuff some of the garlic butter mixture between the bread slices.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously between the slices and on top.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes, then open the foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden and cheesy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
