Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bread diagonally to create a crosshatch pattern without cutting all the way through.
  2. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stuff some of the garlic butter mixture between the bread slices.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously between the slices and on top.
