- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, cook sausage slices until browned, set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced potatoes, ranch dressing, garlic powder, paprika, and half of the cheese.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cooked sausage slices, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to swap smoked sausage for chicken or turkey sausage.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapenos or hot sauce.
