Instructions
- Pre-bake the pie crust according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips into the ricotta mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture gently.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust, smooth the top, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with additional chocolate chips and a dusting of powdered sugar before serving.

- Chill the pie well before serving for the best texture.
