Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Divide dough in half and roll each into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle evenly over each rectangle.
- Roll up each rectangle tightly to form a log. Slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place slices onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
