Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in orzo pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet, mix well, and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
