- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 2 cups prepared stuffing
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped cranberries, stuffing, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well integrated.
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil to promote crispiness.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- You can prepare these balls ahead of time and bake just before serving.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of cranberry sauce or a dollop of gravy.
