- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups gnocchi
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream, then add gnocchi and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with crispy bacon and fresh parsley.

- Use good quality cheddar for best flavor.
- Optional: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a slight kick.
