- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked pasta of your choice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and garlic until tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce.
- Serve hot over cooked pasta garnished with additional Parmesan and herbs.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
