Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add rice, garlic, and chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until the chicken is tender and rice is fluffy.
- Remove chicken, shred it, then return to the slow cooker.
- Stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese until creamy and melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
