Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cooked spinach mixture.
  5. Add cooked chicken into the mixture and stir until well coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

Notes

  • You can substitute cooked turkey or chicken thighs for added flavor.
