  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley
  • Butter or olive oil for toasting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken with mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs if using. Mix well until creamy.
  2. Spread the chicken mixture evenly on a slice of bread. Top with slices of ripe avocado and shredded cheese. Cover with another bread slice.
