- 1 ½ lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces into the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, garlic, spices, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken.
- Add butter on top and cover. Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve over rice or with naan.
