  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti noodles
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream or milk
  • 1 cup (120 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups (340 g) cooked chicken or ground beef (optional)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • SALT & PEPPER to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant. Add the softened cream cheese and stir until melted.
  3. Gradually pour in heavy cream or milk, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, then fold in shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese. Add cooked chicken or ground beef if desired, mixing well.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if preferred.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use softened room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • For a healthier version, substitute whole milk with skim or plant-based milk.
  • Make it vegetarian by omitting meat or adding vegetables like bell peppers, zucchini, or spinach.
  • Serve with garlic bread or a fresh side salad for a complete meal.
