  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz (225g) pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
