- 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz (225g) pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust garlic and Parmesan for a richer flavor.
- You can add spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra color and nutrients.
