- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them flexible.
- Spread chicken mixture over half of each tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and top with fresh parsley.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and place on a baking sheet.
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and tortilla edges are crispy.
