Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken until golden on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, scraping up browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Add parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
