Instructions
- Place chicken breasts and halved potatoes in the crockpot.
- Mix minced garlic, Parmesan, heavy cream, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then pour over ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- You can add chopped spinach for extra greens.
