Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden on both sides, then place in crockpot.
- Add potatoes, garlic, parmesan, heavy cream, and remaining seasonings to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
