A quick and easy creamy garlic pasta cooked entirely in one pot for a fuss-free, flavorful meal that’s perfect for weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) pasta (penne or spaghetti)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, stirring until well coated and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
