- 8 oz (225 g) pasta (penne or spaghetti)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, stirring until well coated and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
- You can add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
- Adjust the cream to your desired sauce consistency.
