- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice.
- Simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or fresh basil. Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
