Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  • 4 cups prepared mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of butter until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
