- 1 cup sour cream

- Cooked egg noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir well, and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat to low, then stir in sour cream and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
- For a gluten-free version, use cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
