- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine in the cooked noodles, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh Parmesan for a richer flavor.
- For added veggies, mix in peas or spinach during step 3.
