A rich and creamy Italian sausage soup loaded with savory sausage, parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs, perfect for a cozy family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  3. Return sausage to the pot. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
