- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 lb (450g) mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add mixed seafood and cook until seafood is opaque and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, heavy cream, Parmesan, and 1 cup mozzarella. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in cooked seafood mixture into the cheese mixture.
- Spoon the seafood and cheese filling into each cooked shell and place into a baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon slices.

- Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
- Can assemble ahead and refrigerate before baking.
- Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
