- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, scallops)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add seafood and cook until just tender. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, heavy cream, cooked seafood, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour remaining cream mixture over the shells. Top with additional mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute different seafood based on preference.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
