Instructions
- Place diced chicken, corn, chopped onion, garlic, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and flavors meld.
- Stir in butter and heavy cream, cook for an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
