- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken chunks into the slow cooker.
- Add tomato sauce, garlic, ginger, spices, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine and cook on low for 6 hours.
- In the last 15 minutes, stir in butter and heavy cream, cooking until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
