- 1 pound potato gnocchi

Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add salt and pepper.
- Add cooked gnocchi and chopped spinach to the skillet, stirring until spinach wilts and gnocchi are coated with sauce.
- Sprinkle feta cheese over the top and gently mix to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
