- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for sprouts)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon olive oil and half of the sweet chili sauce. Set aside.
- Place Brussels sprouts in a bowl, toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the basket alongside the chicken or in a separate basket, and cook for an additional 10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Toss cooked chicken with remaining sweet chili sauce. Serve alongside roasted Brussels sprouts, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
