- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz. brie cheese wheel
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 fresh figs, sliced
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the brie wheel in the center of the pastry.
- Top the brie with honey and fig slices.
- Fold the puff pastry over the cheese and filling, sealing edges with beaten egg.
- Brush the outside with more beaten egg for shine.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with thyme, and serve warm.

- Serve with crusty baguette slices or crackers.
- For a sweeter touch, drizzle extra honey before serving.
