Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until fries are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot with your favorite dip.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the cut fries in cold water for 30 minutes beforehand and pat dry.
- Adjust seasoning to taste or add a pinch of cayenne for heat.
