Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

  7. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar until smooth.
