  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over prepared crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
