- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Chocolate sauce for drizzling
- Chopped nuts for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a lined 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla; mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Pour over prepared crust and bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely, then drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
Notes
- Chill the bars for at least 2 hours before slicing for best results.
- Feel free to add additional toppings like caramel or fruit for variations.
