- 1 cup sliced bok choy or Napa cabbage
- Chopped scallions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the broth in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Gently add the potstickers into the broth and cook for 8-10 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in bok choy and cook for another 2 minutes until wilted.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen potstickers. Adjust cooking time accordingly.
- Add chili oil or sriracha for a spicy kick.
- Replace chicken broth with vegetable broth for vegetarian version.
