- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a baking pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream and fold in blueberries.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh blueberries with frozen once thawed.
- Chill for a richer texture.
