- 6 cups day-old bread, cubed
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Layer bread cubes and blueberries in the prepared dish, then pour the egg mixture evenly over it.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set.
- Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar and your favorite syrup.
