- 1 sheet of ready-made pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Optional toppings: pepperoni, cooked sausage, sliced vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 6-8 rectangles.
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each rectangle.
- Top with shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and optional toppings.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
You can customize the fillings with your favorite pizza toppings. For a crunchier crust, brush with garlic butter before baking.
