Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange torn croissants evenly in the prepared dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the custard mixture over the croissants, ensuring all pieces are soaked.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden and custard is set.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and garnish with berries and mint.
