Instructions

- Cut the puff pastry into squares and fit into the baking dish, pressing gently to form a crust.

- Mix ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the filling is set.
- Allow to cool, then dust with powdered sugar before slicing into squares.
