- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, egg, salt, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
- Pour small spoonfuls of batter onto the skillet, shaping into bite-sized rounds.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from skillet and drizzle with remaining maple syrup before serving.
Notes
- Ensure skillet is not too hot to prevent burning the bites before they cook through.
- For extra flavor, add cinnamon or vanilla extract to the batter.
