Instructions

- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Mix remaining batter with additional cinnamon if desired, then pour over the first layer.
- Use a knife to swirl the batter for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
