- 1 cup cauliflower florets, steamed

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, chopped green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread steamed cauliflower evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the chicken mixture over the cauliflower.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil for added richness.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with more green onions before serving.

- Feel free to add chopped bell peppers or spinach for extra vegetables.
