Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Mix balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and red onion around the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and glazed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
