Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites on medium speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
- Gently fold in vanilla extract, vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Spread the meringue mixture into a circular shape on the prepared baking sheet, creating a slight well in the center.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off oven and let cool completely in the oven with the door ajar.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the cooled meringue. Top with fresh fruits in an attractive pattern.
