Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1.5 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced peaches, raspberries, and half of the sugar. Toss to coat and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add cold butter to the dry ingredients and cut in with a pastry cutter until crumbly.
  5. Pour in milk and stir just until combined.
  6. Transfer fruit mixture to a baking dish and spread batter evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes
